Our Story

Clarendon Flavors, based in Louisville, KY, was founded in 1987 with a dedication to crafting high-quality flavors for the beverage industry. Purchased from Diageo in 1996, this family-owned company offers everything from classic formulations from the 1950s to cutting-edge flavors developed today.

With state-of-the-art facilities and a team of expert chemists, we continue our unwavering commitment to excellence. Today, we serve over 200 customers and contribute to $5.0 billion in brands worldwide, making us a trusted partner in flavor innovation.

Our Facilities

Our Louisville, Kentucky location boasts over 76,000 square feet of production and warehouse space and supports our growing customers' demands. Our Owensboro, Kentucky location is home to over 50,000 square feet of production space that focuses on the thriving distilled spirits industry of Kentucky.

Our Chemists

Our chemists can match any existing flavor and create new ones from scratch. Our ever-growing library consists of more than 10,000 flavors and an assortment of alcohol blenders.
